Three things: a valid U.S. driver's license, proof of your auto insurance (a photo of your card works), and a major credit or debit card in your name. You'll need to be at least 21. That's it.
$50/day across the fleet. Renting for several days or a week? Call us and we'll work out a better weekly rate. The price you see on the booking page is the total — no resort fees, no airport tax surprises.
We don't have a counter at CLE, but we're only a few minutes up Pearl Road from the airport and can usually work out a pickup if you call ahead. Give us a ring at (216) 504-1700 before your flight and we'll figure something out together.
Call us at least 24 hours before pickup and we'll cancel or move your reservation — no fee. Last-minute changes happen; call us, we'll work with you. We're not in the business of penalty fees.
Yes, with our okay first. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and New York are all fine. Just mention your route when you book so we know where the car's going.
Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. We hold a refundable security deposit at pickup and release it when you return the car in the same shape you took it.
Seven days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM. Need an after-hours pickup or return? Call us — sometimes we can arrange it.
