Deposit & Age Requirements
Two things people ask about most. Here's exactly what to expect.
Security Deposit
We place a refundable hold on your card at pickup. It's released after you return the car in the same condition you picked it up in.
Age Requirements
We rent to anyone 21 or older with a valid license. Younger drivers pay a small daily surcharge — that's an insurance thing, not us being difficult.
Insurance & Coverage
Your personal auto insurance is required as primary coverage. These optional add-ons are available at pickup if you want extra peace of mind.
Covers damage to the rental car itself — collision, theft, vandalism. Your deductible drops to $0 if anything happens to our vehicle while you have it.

Important: Supplemental coverage is optional and is not insurance — it's a waiver of certain financial responsibilities. Your personal auto policy remains the primary coverage. We'll walk through exactly what each option covers (and excludes) at pickup so you can decide. Many credit cards also offer rental coverage as a benefit — check with your card issuer before adding ours.
What We Charge vs. What We Don't
The fees the big chains love to slip in at pickup? We just don't have them. Here's the breakdown.
